Carlie Smith is a top-producing Realtor with Royal LePage NRC in Niagara, proudly ranking in the Top 2% in Royal LePage Canada & a recipient of the Top 35 Under 35 for the last 5 years nationally. With 12 years in the business, she has built her career on a simple but powerful idea: when you invest in people and your community, the business follows.
Known across the region for her high-energy client experiences and sold-out Designer Purse Bingo events hosting 400+ guests, Carlie has turned relationship-based events into a scalable, referral-driven growth strategy. Her fundraising events have contributed to $200,000 personally fundraised for the Royal LePage Shelter Foundation since her Sahara Trek in 2019. Her work earned her the Ontario Shelter Foundation Award, recognizing both her leadership and impact.
Beyond production, Carlie is deeply committed to agent development. She personally created the Rookie Training Program for every new Realtor entering Royal LePage in Niagara, helping them build sustainable, community-rooted businesses from day one. She has also been featured as a speaker on the Royal LePage 35 Under 35 panel at the National Sales Conferences, where she shared her approach to modern relationship marketing in a shifting market.
